Vigos is developed by WellCheckApp LLC. By using Vigos, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Vigos is a workout-tracking and planning tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice. It does not assess your fitness level, health, or ability to safely perform any exercise. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have an existing injury, condition, or limitation. You are solely responsible for exercising safely and within your own limits — including any exercises, targets, or programs an AI creates on your behalf through the app's AI integration. If something doesn't feel right, stop.
Vigos can optionally connect to a third-party AI you choose (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or any other MCP-compatible AI), letting it read data you've chosen to share and create or update workouts for you. Vigos does not control that AI's behavior, outputs, or advice — an AI-generated workout, rep target, or note is not vetted by Vigos and could be wrong or unsuitable for you. You choose whether to connect an AI, what it can see, and whether to follow what it suggests.
Vigos doesn't require creating an account with a username or password — your device itself is the identity. You're responsible for keeping your device secure, since anyone with access to it has access to the app's data. See the Privacy Policy for what's collected and how to delete it.
Don't use Vigos to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to its server infrastructure, or to abuse the AI-connector pairing flow to access data that isn't yours.
Vigos is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. WellCheckApp LLC makes no guarantee that the app, its AI integration, or its server will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose — or that any AI-generated exercise, target, or program is safe or appropriate for you specifically.
YOU USE AIWORKOUT AT YOUR OWN RISK. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellCheckApp LLC shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of the app — including injury resulting from following an exercise, program, or target, whether AI-generated or self-entered. WellCheckApp LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WellCheckApp LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, including from following an exercise, program, or target it or a connected AI provided.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
